PADDY POWER REVIEW

Paddy Power was founded back in 1988 by the merger of three existing Irish high street bookmakers, they took an unconventional approach to betting and gaming believing them to be firmly rooted in the leisure and entertainment space. They marketed their services in the UK and are a publicly quoted company, listed on both the Irish and London Stock Exchanges. The company has developed a strong reputation as a punter friendly bookmaker and has become renowned for their unique money back specials.

Paddy Power have a very simple offer for new customers, if you place a £10 single bet (not valid for accumulators) on any of their sportsbook markets, they will credit your account with a £10 free bet, the free bet stake would not be included in the returns whether you win or lose, but this is standard practice within the industry. The offer is limited to one free bet per customer and is valid for 60 days.

Paddy Power have made it easy for you to deposit money into your account, they currently accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Laser, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Switch and Solo debit cards, bank transfer, Moneybookers, Neteller, cheques, PayPal, you can even walk into one of their shops with your account number and ID and they can transfer funds from over the counter directly into your online account.

We are happy to report that Paddy Power have great customer service. Not only do they have a multitude of ways for you to contact them, we also found their staff to be incredibly helpful and very capable of resolving issues on the spot. We tested out their UK freephone number and got straight through, we got a reply from their email support at support@paddypower.com within a few hours which was impressive seeing as there was an England International on that day, their live chat facility connected us straight away with a customer services representative straight away.

If there were'nt so many betting markets listed on their homepage, you could be forgiven for thinking Paddy Powers website was actually a betting resources website, such are the number of useful features they provide to their customers. They have a comprehensive mobile betting site so you can get your bets on while shopping with your better half, just don't let them find out or your winnings could well be heading towards the nearest shoe shop! For those who have'nt got internet capabilities on their mobile, you can always phone through the bet using their freehpone dial-a-bet service. If you place a £5 bet on the horses, you can watch the race via their website, we found the quality of picture to be very good indeed.
Other services include a comprehensive results section, bet calculator tool, extensive horse racing form guide and even an in-running radio commentary service that provides useful information to help you make better punting decisions for football, greyhounds and horse racing. Their betting in running service allows you to gamble on a wide variety of markets across all the major sports categories and their prices are competitive when compared to the other major online bookmakers.
